Our Story
Moonshine Shack is an American style social eatery in the heart of SESKU known for its quirky & imaginative food creations.

Established in 2020 during the pandemic, husband & wife duo combined skills. Gareth with his 20+ years experience as a chef, carrying out his chefs training in the royal navy & Carly with her vast business management experience, moonshine shack was born.

Much time & effort goes into releasing their original recipe specials each week, with exciting new flavours and themes, on top of an already tasty permanent menu .
